A lack of communication (on Frank’s part of course) may have doomed her marriage, but the Bride of Frankenstein, or Patty as she prefers to be called, wasted no time finding her place in the world. Now a successful home stager in Malibu, Patty loves going out for sushi, moisturizing her decaying body and line dancing.
For #inktober this year, I’m checking in randomly with a series of friendly monsters
Tulsa Landmarks: Desert Hills Motel
Celebrating the city that I love as we continue to deal with a flood we won’t soon forget. This neon sign has been a favorite of mine since I was a little boy. The Desert Hills Motel is located on historic Route 66 and is an iconic landmark.
Tulsa Landmarks: Daylight Donuts
I guess this is becoming a series. 😊 This was always my favorite donut shop growing up in Tulsa, with that classic mid century neon sign out front. It fell into disrepair over time but, thankfully, @livileesdonuts ‘s took over the location, refurbished the sign and renovated the shop. We still stop in often for donuts. 🍩
Courage
@pink always has a way of saying what I need to hear. Her new album, #hurts2bhuman, came out a few hours ago and I’m already hooked; so many great songs. .
Courage got me good tonight though; what an anthem for growth. Have I the courage to change? It’s a question I’m betting we’ve all asked ourselves at one point or another.
Don't Spoil the Movie
GUSYS! Who’s stoked about Avengers: Endgame? THIS GUY! This is the climax that the Marvel cinematic universe has been building towards since Iron Man was released in 2008.
I couldn’t make it to theaters tonight to see Endgame so, from all of us seeing it tomorrow, please don’t be a dirtbag and spoil the ending. THXLUVUBYE.
Everything Stays
This one goes out to the warriors committed to their personal growth and development. This is a season of growth in my life, but it’s about important, subtle changes to how I think, the way I manage stress, how I view myself those around me.
“Everything stays, but it still changes.” Thank you, Rebecca Sugar for giving us Steven Universe; there’s always a life lesson to be found in your sweet show.
